"How can we have a heart for serving our community if we don’t have a heart for serving our church?" --- A stirring question if ever I heard one, very challenging. I know of at least one person in our church who serves in three teams - and gives up a couple of mornings and afternoons a week to serve outside of the church.

We all need to do better at reaching out to those in need in our city, and I guess you could say that the church provides a great training ground. Let's see more of our people involved in serving each other - and being inspired to take that attitude of servant-hood outside of our Sunday and mid-week meetings.
